Privacy Policy

Turf Medic ("we", "us") provides artificial-turf maintenance services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area through our website (turfmedicservices.com) and our mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to schedule and deliver your service, we never sell your data, and we don't run ads or trackers.

What we collect

• Contact and service details you give us: your name, phone number, email, and the service address where we maintain your turf.
• Sign-in codes: the app signs you in with a one-time code sent by SMS to your phone number. We don't use passwords.
• Subscription and payment information: your plan, billing status, and payment history. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — Turf Medic never sees or stores your card number.
• Service requests: descriptions you send us when requesting a one-off service through the app.

We do not collect location data from your device, contacts, photos, or anything else from your phone, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

• To sign you in, schedule visits, and perform the services you've asked for.
• To bill your subscription and let you manage or cancel it.
• To contact you about your service — scheduling calls, quotes, and receipts.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the product work, acting on our instructions:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Twilio — delivering sign-in codes and service notifications by SMS.
• Supabase — secure hosting of your account and subscription data.

We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the app's My Plan screen.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data by emailing [email protected] or calling 972-765-2771. We'll complete deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Delete your data

You can ask Turf Medic to delete some or all of your data at any time, without deleting your account:

• How to request: email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" (include the phone number you signed up with), or call 972-765-2771.
• What we delete: your name, phone number, service address, service-request history, and subscription records held in our systems — within 30 days of your request.
• What we keep: payment and invoice records that tax and accounting law require us to retain (kept up to 7 years), and records needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe — we never store them.
• Delete your entire account: in the Turf Medic app, open My Plan and tap Delete account — your login is removed immediately and any active plan ends at the close of the period you've paid for. Or the same request (email or phone) can ask for full account deletion — we remove your account, sign-in identity, and all associated data listed above within 30 days, subject only to the legally required records noted.

Data retention and security

We keep your information while you have an account or an active service relationship with us, then delete or anonymize it. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the owner-operator of Turf Medic.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
